Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period we will be happy to refund an item once we have received the items back, assuming they are in fully re-saleable condition. Postage for returning the item to us will be at your own cost. If the items are not in a fully re-saleable condition we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive damaged products or we send a product in error or we supply you with a substitute for a product which is unavailable and you do not want the substitute please call the customer service team. You may return the products and a replacement or full refund will be provided, including the costs of returning the product to us.
How to return items to us
- Please return your items with your delivery slip, giving the reason for the return.
- If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return along with your full contact details; name, address and contact telephone number.
- In the case of a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning parcels, as we are unable to accept responsibilty for items that fail to reach us.
